PS TMS hourly cycle processing rate over the past days
(Normal levels 2000..3000 cycles/hr)
The PS can execute up to 3000 cycles of 1.2s each per hour.
Some cycles take multiple 1.2s basic periods, so the actual
rate is usually somewhat lower and dependent on the composition
of the supercycle of the moment.
