Trouble shooting check list

If it doesn't seem to work, check the following:

• Does the 'libera' program run on dcpscods?
  This program is not started automatically after a reboot. It can be found in ~jeroen/dsc/libera/. Should you need to restart it, copy the executable and the bggimage file to a directory of your own that's visible from the DSC and start it from there. It puts itself in the background unless started with the -d option.
• Can you ping dcpscods?
  Dcpscods may be switched off, or your computer may not have access to the accelerator controls network.
• No output signal from Gate & BLR generator: Outputs are ECL and must be terminated into 50 Ω to -2V. In a pinch, a high impedance probe will show a signal, but not necessarily with correct levels. Terminated into GND, there will be *no* visible signal.
• Is the enable button checked for the right user line?
